Compass Health has issued a voluntary field correction for the Voyager Rollator walker (cobalt blue, rose gold and ice palace).

Reason for Field Correction:

Compass Health lth Brands has recently identified a manufacturer quality issue with product manufactured between May 2020 and April 2021. The wheel spoke could crack causing the wheel to separate from the axle. For More information visit

ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN BY THE CUSTOMER:

1. Users should first determine if their Voyager walker is part of the recall. The affected Serial number range is: Lot/Serial Nos: RM2005000001 ‐ RM21004005000
   1. The Serial number is locate on the cross bar of the Voyager Walker which is located below the seat.
2.  If user’s serial number is within the range, please stop using the product and contact Compass Health Brands. 800-947-1728 or at Their website https://compasshealthbrands.com  The manufacturer will supply the user with replacement wheels that have the improved wheels so that the users can replace the existing wheels on the product.
3. A Voyager Caster Installment Guide will be sent as part of the Field Action Kit P/N Voyager‐Kit and are posted on the Compass Health Brands website.

5. No special certification is required.
