We are regulated to have a valid prescription on file before shipping CPAP machines and Oxygen Concentrator. All scripts must be current or be written for a “lifetime need”. Use the link below to submit your medical prescription. Once received, we will contact you through one of the methods provided to confirm receipt and acceptance.
